Quick answer: Supreme PVC pipe is sold by pressure class. A 110 mm (4 inch) pipe costs ₹1,199 (list ₹2,067) in 4 kgf/cm², ₹1,785 (list ₹3,077) in 6 kgf/cm² and ₹3,090 (list ₹5,327) in 10 kgf/cm², per pipe, before GST. When someone asks for a "Supreme PVC pipe price list", they usually mean the grey pressure pipe that runs from a borewell or sump, along a compound wall or out to a garden or farm. That pipe is made to IS 4985 and it is priced by size and by class. This page sets it out that way, with the moulded fittings that go with it.

What the class on a Supreme PVC pipe means
IS 4985 grades pressure pipe into six classes by the working pressure it is designed for. Supreme's product catalogue lists them like this:

The outside diameter of a 110 mm pipe is the same in every class. The wall is what changes. In Supreme's catalogue a 110 mm pipe has a wall of 2.5 to 3.0 mm in Class 2, 3.7 to 4.3 mm in Class 3 and 6.1 to 7.1 mm in Class 5. More wall, more PVC, higher price.
One kgf/cm² is roughly the pressure of a 10 metre column of water. So a 4 kg pipe is designed for about 40 metres of head and a 6 kg pipe for about 60. Choose the class from the pump, not from the price: a submersible pump's shut off pressure can be well above its running pressure, and the pipe has to take that too. Supreme PVC pipe prices by size and class
Prices are per pipe. Supreme's catalogue gives 6 metres as the standard length for IS 4985 pipe, and its price lists also carry some sizes in 3 metre socketed lengths, so confirm the length with us when you order.
20 mm to 50 mm
Small sizes are made only in the higher classes. IS 4985 also has a separate plumbing pipe category in 20 to 50 mm, and Supreme's catalogue gives it the thickest wall of anything in those sizes. Our product pages label it 15 kgf.

Going up one class at 110 mm, from 4 kg to 6 kg, costs ₹1,199 (list ₹2,067) against ₹1,785 (list ₹3,077) a pipe. On a run of a few pipes that difference is small next to the cost of digging the line up again. When in doubt between two classes, we tell people to take the higher one.
Supreme's IS 4985 pipe goes up to 450 mm in the lower classes. Those sizes are project items, priced on the Supreme price list.
Supreme PVC fittings price list
Supreme makes its moulded pressure fittings to IS 7834, and they are graded by pressure in the same way as the pipe. Fit a fitting of the same class as the pipe or higher, never lower. The joint is only as strong as its weakest part.

The adaptors are where a PVC line meets a pump outlet, a valve or a GI thread. They are cheap, so buy the heavier class here even if the pipe is 6 kg.
Ball valves for PVC lines
For an isolation valve on a 6 kg line, Supreme's 6 kg ball valve is ₹255 (list ₹567) at 63 mm and ₹421 (list ₹935) at 75 mm. The heavier 16 kg double union ball valve is ₹481 (list ₹1,070) at 63 mm, and its unions let you take the valve out without cutting the pipe.

Supreme SWR pipe, the other "PVC pipe"
Some people searching for Supreme PVC pipe want the drainage pipe. That is SWR (soil, waste and rain water) pipe, a separate product made to IS 13592 in two wall thicknesses, Type A and Type B. At 110 mm, Supreme's catalogue gives Type A a wall of 2.2 to 2.7 mm and Type B 3.2 to 3.8 mm. We carry it in 3 metre and 6 metre lengths, and the length is in the product name, so these prices are per stated length. The "pasted" versions on the price list are the solvent cement socket type.

Solvent cement, GST and buying
PVC pressure pipe up to the sizes most homes use is joined with PVC solvent cement. Supreme's PVC solvent cement is ₹144 (list ₹319) for 100 ml and ₹245 (list ₹544) for 250 ml. For larger diameters Supreme's catalogue recommends a heavier bodied cement; the heavy duty solvent is ₹181 (list ₹403) for 250 ml. Rubber ring jointed pipe does not use cement; it takes a rubber lubricant at ₹41 (list ₹91) for 250 g.

The material is the same, unplasticised PVC, and IS 4985 is titled for unplasticised PVC pipe. In a plumbing shop, though, "uPVC" usually means the inch sized SCH 40 and SCH 80 plumbing pipe, which does not fit metric pressure fittings.
