Shipping Policy

This policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.

1. Delivery Areas

Business days: Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Partners

For same-day delivery across Bengaluru we use our own delivery fleet. For outstation orders within Karnataka and neighbouring states we dispatch through reputed transport partners including VRL Logistics and local goods carriers, depending on destination and order size.

3. Delivery Charges

Same-day delivery across most Bengaluru pincodes is free on orders above a minimum order value. For smaller orders a nominal delivery charge applies based on distance from our Viveknagar warehouse. 4. Self Pick-Up

You may pick up your order directly from our shop during business hours:

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate when placing your order. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately before dispatch.

6. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, traffic, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.
